Jas Hook only minutes before the crocodile.
You can see that he still has both his hands.
Cherish his chest, ladies.
Cherish his navel.

Thanks for appreciating my work, Ellygator (I am a true admirer of yours, only I was too jealous of your cane to admit it! :D)
I don't favourite your works, I prefer downloading them... and printing them...
:iconellygator:
LOL! It was such a frivolous expense, getting Snakey, but I am so proud of him!

And if you want a larger version of a drawing for better printing detail, just let me know. I wanted to publish them as DA prints, but they won't touch them because of copyright issues. So if folks want to get prints a different way I'm happy with that.

How much did it cost, the cane? 120 dollars? Or more?
I made one myself (and it was horrible), I always thought that Lucius would give his cane a name, "Salazar" perhaps.
If I ever need a mega poster of a naked Jason Isaacs I will inform you, don't you worry! :D
For the time being everything I print is small because I collect them all in albums (I so adore collections).
You know what? I just saw that part of your gallery with naked Tavington and naked Lucius (they're both delicious), and somehow I prefer Tavington. Partly because I like the way he sits so relaxed (come to mama!) and also because you let your audience add the last piece of the puzzle. :D
That's so important. Without being too explicit you let the viewer interact with the artwork (even if that wasn't your intention).
But I like them both. So glad you don't get banned for that kind of stuff.
:iconellygator:
Yeah, 120 was about right with shipping included (hangs head in shame cause it's truly a frivolous expense), but I just had to do it. The way Lucius keeps lugging Snakey around every time we see him, I am sure he's very fond of it. I am thinking because it holds his wand and because it is the animal for Slytherin it truly sybolizes his pureblood magical status and power to him and has great significance. He'd feel "naked" without it.

And talking about naked, both the nude drawings were commissioned requests where the now owners were quite specific about what they wanted. The Tavington original is actually going on quite a bit on the left and is very explicit, but I cropped it for DA, because I am sure the full version would have been banned. If left to my own devices, i.e. not on commission, I prefer a little less flesh. Like you I enjoy imagining better than actually seeing...

I really thought that you would get the cane cheaper than that, being in America and all... Oh well, I found Snape's wand in a shop here in Athens (65 euros, a lot of money for a piece of wood) and didn't bother buying it (what good is Snape's wand? I want Snape! Not his wand!). But I would definitely buy Lucius' Salazar if I found it here. The cane, it looks so beautiful and real! Feel "naked" without it??? Oooh, yes, I bet he would!... At the end of the first part of "Pure Blood" Lucius finally gets arrested and goes to Azkaban. The cane ends up in Snape's hands (don't ask my how and why, Fudge trusts him). And Snape knows that Lucius is so attached to the cane that he can actually feel whatever happens to it... Y'know what I mean...
The Tavington original is very explicit? Explicit meaning erect? Maybe?... Ha ha ha! What fun we're having here!
To be honest, many girls like depicting Lucius' genitalia, and I guess it's only natural. We're so curious that we just want to see every bit of his flesh, maybe even his insides, grab his beating heart.
It's just me, I wouldn't be able to do it, not only because I'm a prude but also because I like describing but not depicting. I like insinuating things. After all, if you really want to look at a wonderful male member, why not take a look at your boyfriend's member? It's just as good (and even better, it's, like, real!). :D
:iconellygator:
Oh the idea of Snape as keeper of the cane is a nice twist, and I can see where he would go with the sudden power and influence over Lucius it gave him. I imagined a scene after Lucius' arrest kind of like where Hagrid was busted and his wand broken. So they bring his wand before Lucius as part of their judgment and break it before his eyes. Poor guy, it really hits him hard...

As for the drawing, I believe the owner ended up hanging it in her bedroom. And I think she's married, too. So I am not sure what her husband felt about that all...

Aw, Jas is, by far, one of my favorite people.

You have done well. ;)
This is lovely.

I don't read the script, the script reads me.
:iconelenatria:
Thank you! Jas and Claude Frollo are my favourite characters of litterature. I hope you liked my young Will Tavington portraits.
(you have a very interesting profile, I agree with almost everything!)
:iconelenatria:
Sudden power and influence over Lucius, don't go too far of course, if Snape had Lucius' wand in his possession (and was unable to get close to him for a long time) you know very well what he would do... Ha ha, I should have drawn a picture like that!
"And I think she's married, too. So I am not sure what her husband felt about that all..." - Oh my, poor guy... It sounds funny but imagine what some men have to suffer from us! :D
