Lucius is tied down (on a bed preferably). And Snape is leaving his wand on a table.

He doesn't need it for the time being.

Uh-oh, Lucius looks very worried! I guess Snape is getting back for all the crap he had to take.

You're so good at this! The words on top right of the picture say "Are you worried? Of course you are...".
And of course... OF COURSE Snape is getting back for all the crap he had to take. I mean, a lot of crap. Time for payback, old friend!
(I see you read some of my notes on the story. Glad you can put the pieces together - and so glad that most of us have the same ideas about the couples we like and how they would react in situations).
:iconellygator:
Yep, even "lapdogs" can bite if provoked too much!

That's a good one! I laughed my ass off when I first read the phrase in a big bookshop, people were staring at me. I mean, I was in the middle of writing "Pure Blood" and me and Katerina were so into this that we would meet at cafes or phone each other and discuss all the spicy scenes. And then I read about Sirius calling Snape "Lucius' lapdog" (written by Rowling herself!). I called Katerina right away, I had to tell her the good news!

 Love this :D
Either Lucius is about to take a beating, or something kinky is about to go down.
Poor Lucius if it's the first one :XD:

I love you brother
:iconelenatria:
Beating? Noooooooo...
Spanking? No, not really.
Kinky? You could say that.
That's Katerina's favourite scene (because she identifies with Lucius). You see, dear friends, good old Lucius is trying to keep a straight face the whole time and pretends he doesn't enjoy one minute of it (he's too proud, always on top). But his body betrays him.
(see? No need for dirty language)
:iconellygator:
Yeah, it was such a cutting remark - I'm sure Sirius knew exactly how to verbally kick Snape where it hurt -, and it opened up so many possibilities for interpretation...

Still... if Snape knew what he was doing (and he was doing it all for Dumbledore) why would he be so vexed? Or did he pretend he was vexed? Or is he really Lucius' ally, and afraid that the Order of the Phoenix might find out? I'm confused... Is it true he's behind it all, even bigger than Voldemort? I think this is a silly speculation.
I'm so eager to see this Sirius/Snape scene in film, I just can't wait! To see Rickman's angry glare! But what if they cut it? They'd better not or else!
As for interpretations... indeed, one phrase from Mistress Rowling can set the whole universe of HP fanfiction on fire!
Ah dream on, dream on...
:iconellygator:
I know, I know... any scene with the grown-ups (Lucius, Severus, Narcissa, Bella) that they cut in favor of yet another I-am-clueless face from Ron, or some silly teenage romance twist and turn or snotty remark from Hermione just gets me so peeved. I mean, they butchered the plot in GOF (no one ever bothered to retrieve the dead Barty Crouch sr. from the forest for example as Harry never told Dumbledore) in favor of some stupid gimmicks like the stinging licorice thingies. They should have cut that and have Harry tell Dumbledore what happend to the guy instead.

Oh well, I guess us oldies are not the target audience here...

As to Snape's vexation I think it's real. Compared to him the other order members have it easy. I am sure he resents them for being safe, being able to hang out at Grimmauld place and have fun together and for their companionship, because when they settle in for the night with a butter beer he has to go back, join the DE, shield his mind from Voldemort and be alert every single second with every single thing he does and says, just to stay alive. I am sure he despises them for being weak and envies them for the lightness of their service.

...and I thought he was about to use his wand!.. So he won't need it? (That's what I call "playing dirty"...;))
