You think so? I keep wondering why it has been favourited more times than my other works. Why this one? (It's too shiny for my taste - eternal Greek sun!)
But when I had just drawn it I couldn't help thinking what Snape's life would have been like had Lily chosen him over Potter. I wanted to write a small passage that would start like this: "Believe it or not, Severus Snape's life was once full of sunshine. Not laughter, not joy. Just sunshine. He might have smiled once. He might have had a son."

Ohh I like that passage I think it describes the picture well. I think it is favourited so many times because it truly is a great picture. I actually like how bright it is because the bright blue sky balances well with the darkness of Severus. Again lovely job!

Yes, the passage is touching, I should have written it down... Sometimes your ideas fly away and you can never get them back.
I never thought that the bright sky would be an asset, I was always envious of the hazy atmosphere that I saw in pictures of forests from northern Europe or the UK. But hazy atmosphere also means rain, and if there's too much rain most of the time you can't really enjoy a walk in the forest (stop me, I'm blabbering).
Still... Severus is a great character if you think about his teenage years. A lonely, talented boy. Criminally underused in the films. They should make spin-offs!

Oh my gosh yes they should make spin-offs. Or books about the muraders (sp?) I would love books or movies about severu's childhood

Ah... Severus' childhood, wouldn't we love to see that! And Lucius' too. One reason why I'm expecting the book series to end is to see if Rowling will make something good out of the interesting characters (giving the rights to other authors etc ).
I've made some storyboards, it's the story behind the nickname "Snivellus" (how the Marauders caught Snape with a beautiful sketch of Lily, how they made him cry and beg -hence the nickname- etc etc ) and I think I should really work on the comic. When people refuse to give you the stories you want you're bound to write them yourself!!!

Oh Sp means spelling, like I was questioning if I spelled the word right. I would love to see the comic if you ever get around to posting it. The plot sounds great!
